Cut Atlantic CS 7 ½ x 5 ½ " . Fold 4 ¼ " from right side to form card base.
Cut White CS 1 ½ x 5 ½ ". Stamp Snowflake Flurries using Vivid Aqua Ink. Layer to inside right side.
On piece of White CS stamp Joy with Bulbs using Vivid! Aqua Ink. Color as desired. Punch out using 2" circle punch. Layer to inside of card.
Cut Atlantic CS 3 x 5 ¾". Using Snowflake Edger. Punch top edge with snowflake border. Attach 3 x 1 ½" White CS under punched border. Wrap bottom with ribbon. Mount to front of card using foam tape.
Cut White CS 2 ¾ x 4". Stamp Snowman Fun using Memories Black Ink. Color as desired. Stamp Snowflake Swirls in upper left using Vivid! Aqua Ink. Layer to Lava CS. Mount to card front using foam tape.
On piece of White CS stamp Winter Top Hat using Memories Black Ink. Color as desired. Trim and mount to card using foam tape.
Glitter as desired. Attach buttons using glue dots
